Shannon K, the daughter of singer Kumar Sanu, is poised to make her Cannes Film Festival debut. Shannon Kumar Sanu, who began her career as a singer in 2018 with ‘Poo Bear,’ added an acting feather in 2020 with ‘The Big Feed’ in Hollywood and an anti-bullying song, ‘Give Me Your Hand,’ featuring David Arquette, Ed Westwick, and Brittany Snow.
Shannon elaborated on her Cannes debut by stating, “This is truly surreal.” I appreciate this opportunity. I have laboriously carved out a minuscule niche in a massive industry, and I consider this to be my beginning. I am so thankful and humbled; by God’s grace, there will be many more.” Anushka Sharma will make her Cannes Film Festival debut alongside ‘Titanic’ star Kate Winslet.

According to a source, Anushka will honor women in film at the Cannes Film Festival in 2023. She will be accompanied by the well-known actress Kate Winslet. Anushka and her spouse Virat Kohli met the France ambassador to India, Emmanuel Lenin, on Thursday at the French Embassy in New Delhi.
The ambassador hinted in the caption of his social media post that he was discussing Sharma’s journey to the festival in the fashion capital of France.
Anushka is one of the most influential actors of her generation and has three 300-crore-plus films – Sultan, PK, and Sanju – under her credit. She is one of India’s all-time greatest cinematic icons with a massive global following. Anushka Sharma is the epitome of a self-made success story in Indian entertainment.

The 76th edition will be conducted in France from May 16 to May 27. She will accompany actress Anushka Sharma at the distinguished event. Multiple Bollywood stars, including Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Vidya Balan, Sharmila Tagore, and Deepika Padukone, have served on the jury of the French film festival.
Several Indian films will be screened at this year’s festival, including ‘Kennedy’ by director Anurag Kashyap and ‘Agra’ by actor Rahul Roy.
