Tuesday, the Flight Attendant actress posted a lovely black-and-white photo of her 6-week-old daughter Matilda to her Instagram Story.
In the photograph, the mother and daughter are seen gazing adoringly at one another, with Cuoco, 37, seemingly exclaiming in astonishment as she holds her daughter in her arms.
The post was followed by a second photograph of her child facing the camera. “That’s my girl,” The actress captioned the photo of her newborn daughter, who was wearing a light blue onesie.
Kaley Cuthbert has a romantic appearance!
After celebrating her first Mother’s Day with Matilda and her companion Tom Pelphrey, Cuoco posed for new photographs.
To commemorate the annual vernal holiday, an alumna of The Big Bang Theory posted a video of her daughter to her Instagram Story.
Cuoco approached Matilda’s bassinet and cooed “Good morning!” in the clip. Hello!” Matilda responded with a smile, and Cuoco delicately tickled her, causing her to smile broader and wiggle in her swaddle.
“Did you make me a mommy? Is Mother’s Day today?” Cuoco said. “Thank you for turning me into a mother! I adore you!”
“You have a milk mustache,” Cuoco said to the infant as she cleaned her lips and gave her another tickle.
She captioned the video, “Best first Mother’s Day wake up ever,” with the phrase.
Cuoco told PEOPLE in an exclusive interview earlier this month about her first-time motherhood and how “natural” her 40-year-old actor partner is as a father.
“I cannot believe how natural he is and how much he enjoys it.”
“I mean, when we were in the hospital, he did everything — every diaper, he’s the swaddle king,” she continued. The nurses exclaimed, “Oh my God, you’re the greatest male swaddle we’ve ever seen!”
Adding that the Ozark actor “just adores” Matilda, Cuoco continued, “She resembles him in every way. And he has a very distinctive voice, so when he speaks to her, she turns around in a circle. She turns her head and says, “I recognize that voice.” It’s very delicious.”
Matilda was born on March 30; Cuoco and Pelphrey proclaimed her arrival in an Instagram post in which they referred to her as “the new light in our lives.”
