Haley Pullos, a beloved star of the popular soap opera General Hospital, is being sued by Courtney Wilder, who claims to have been injured in a car accident caused by Pullos while she was allegedly driving under the influence.
In April, Pullos reportedly collided with Wilder’s vehicle while traveling in the opposite direction on the interstate.
Destructions caused by the accident
According to TMZ, Wilder claims that Pullos collided with him at a high rate of speed, leaving him with severe injuries and totaling his vehicle.
Wilder, who was traveling at 60 mph, was unable to react in time to prevent the collision, despite the efforts of another motorist who managed to swerve out of the way.
The collision caused him to be transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of his “major injuries.”
Additionally, “General Hospital” heroine Haley Pullos was arrested for DUI after causing a significant highway collision.
Legal action and contentious conduct
Wilder is pursuing compensation from Pullos for the permanent injuries he sustained in the accident. While Pullos’ representatives have yet to comment on the lawsuit, the actress’ actions following the collision have garnered attention.
Pullos was arrested for driving under the influence, according to the original police report, and she exhibited erratic behavior after being removed from the vehicle.
Witnesses claim she complained about her “overpriced shirt” by yelling, “This is a $400 f–king shirt!” Upon arrival at the hospital, she allegedly clashed with the staff and had to be sedated.
The staff at General Hospital is reportedly investigating the incident’s repercussions, which are still developing.
The lawsuit filed against Haley Pullos contains significant allegations about the accident and its aftermath, casting light on the potential repercussions of driving under the influence.
As the legal proceedings continue, the incident remains in the public eye, affecting both Pullos’ personal and professional lives.
