The former ‘Dancing with the Stars’ contestant revealed her “ideal comfort food” is pancakes with butter and syrup, but she also has a secret talent for baking and “loves” having home-cooked breakfast. She is married to former MFL star Andrew East, 31, and they have a daughter Drew, 2, and a 23-month-old son Jett.
In her garden, Shawn Johnson interred her Olympic gold.
“My ideal comfort food is pancakes with butter and syrup,” she continued. My hidden abilities include baking, hosting a killer party or game night, and giving gifts. I enjoy breakfast. Waffles, a delicious scramble with bacon, and sweet potato biscuit egg sandwiches are some of my favorite foods to prepare.
On Saturdays, you can see me grilling by the pool with our children while a sporting event is being played in the background, but on Sundays, I’ll be eating takeout and watching a movie with [my family].
In addition, Shawn continued by saying that she would adore taking her entire family on a vacation to Africa so she could introduce her kids to the “extraordinary wildlife” on safari.
I’m itching to go to Africa, she declared. I look forward to the day when I can take my children to see all the amazing animals.
